Seamless, Insulated, Leak Free proven roofs utilizing BASF

SPF has the highest R value of any insulation material. Because it is spray applied, it forms a seamless, monolithic barrier that eliminates thermal bridging caused by mechanically fastening the insulation boards to the deck. Additionally, this seamless system prevents air and water infiltration. SPF roofing systems can be applied quickly and safely, without disruption to the facilities. In most reroofing applications, there is no need to tear off existing membranes, offering cost and logistic advantages.

Associated Applications and BASF have the proven technology and experience to offer complete waterproofing and insulation for metal roofs. For the facility that does not require added insulation, the proprietary urethane rubber material is applied to all seams, fasteners, and penetrations, after necessary preparation. This is followed by an aluminum pigmented, urethane rubber top coat. This system provides rust proofing, reflectability, and long term waterproofing. If the facility requires added insulation, a BASF SPF seamless insulated roof assembly would be applied directly to the metal deck after necessary preparation.
